Floyd Mayweather vs. Logan Paul: date, how to watch

The exhibition between Floyd Mayweather and Logan Paul is about six weeks away.

The unbeaten retired boxer, who will turn 44 four days after the fight, and the YouTube personality will meet on Feb. 20 on pay-per-view. No site was announced.

Mayweather was last in the ring in December 2018, when he stopped Japanese kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa.

Paul is 0-1 as a professional boxer, having lost a decision to fellow YouTuber KSI in November 2019. He is the brother of Jake Paul, who knocked out former NBA player Nate Robinson on the successful Mike Tyson-Roy Jones Jr. card on Nov. 28.

The 6-foot-2 Paul, who weighed 199¼ pounds for the KSI fight, will have a significant size advantage over the 5-8 Mayweather but is a novice in terms of ability. Mayweather is a Hall of Famer.

The pay-per-view pricing is unusual. Fanmio, which is hosting the pay-per-view, originally charged $24.99. The price went up to $39.99 after the first 1 million buys, although there is no way to determine whether that figure was actually reached.

And, starting Dec. 29, the price was raised to $59.99. That’s where it stands now. Beginning Feb. 11, it will go up to $79.99.

Here are the details of the matchup:

    Date: Saturday, Feb. 20

    Time: TBA

    Site: TBA

How to watch: pay-per-view (hosted by Fanmio)

Cost: $59.99 (will go up to $79.99 on Feb. 11)
