After the first round, TSV Abensberg was 4:3 ahead after wins by Falk Petersilka, Roy Meyer, Luka Maisuradze and Lukas Vennekold. For Hamburg, Yerrick Schriever, Moritz Plafky and Tofig Mammadov had clinched the points.
